Bali Rodriguez is a surfer. Her sex appeal has caught the eye of more than just surfing fans.

Bali Rodriguez Interview:

You’re hotter than Winona Ryder’s handbag. How have the other drop-dead gorgeous ladies in America treated you?
You know, sometimes at castings there are girls who think they are just too good. But I come from a really humble place. Costa Rica is a Third World country, so we don’t worry about who’s who. When a girl thinks she’s better than everyone else because she’s a model, it’s a bit ridiculous to me. In my mind everyone has a job, and modeling is just a different way of working.

Is there anything fun to do in Miami?
Surfing and skateboarding are fun. I just started skateboarding, and I got a few scrapes falling off the other day. I’m also looking for someone to teach me how to mix, because I’d like to be an electronic DJ. Partywise, everyone in South Beach goes out to Mynt, Crobar, and Mansion. You know, those are the places you visit if friends come to town. We saw Paris Hilton one time and we ended up partying in her bungalow.

Is partying the night away with rich heiresses how you stay so fit?
Actually, I eat a lot. But I also do power yoga and I eat only raw food. It makes you feel amazing. I improved my eyesight, lost a lot of fat, and toned up since I changed my diet.

Mmm, raw bacon. When did you start learning how to surf?
Just two and a half years ago. In Costa Rica you don’t see many girls surfing. Most girls there don’t even exercise. They are lazy, and some of them smoke too much. But my parents always raised me to be adventurous. My dad’s a car racer, and my mom has always been a really strong woman. They raised me on horses, and I got into a lot of accidents. It happened a lot when I was small, and my mom would just grab me and put me on the horse again.

Did people try to stop you from surfing?
At the beginning it was really hard because my parents were saying that it’s only for boys. They wouldn’t even let me buy a board. But my sister and I saved some money and bought ourselves boards. We went to this really mellow beach in Costa Rica and said, “OK, if no one wants to teach us, then we’ll teach ourselves.” So we started crashing into waves, and it was so much fun. We actually learned on short boards. I didn’t really want to get a long board and learn on the sand like you’re supposed to. I felt a little bit embarrassed about that—I don’t know why. I was like, “No f***ing way. I’m going to learn on a little board, and I’m going to say, ‘F**k off’ to everyone.”
